In a small town outside Ho Chi Minh City, Chef Thai's family has roasted their own beans, grown on their farm in the highlands of Vietnam, for over 35 years. We pour it black over ice, over sweet condensed milk, under a vanilla egg custard, or slow dripped through a phin at your table.

The kitchen is known for Chicken Wings tossed in caramelized fish sauce, Thai chili buffalo or lemon Szechuan pepper, and for the Fried Chicken Sandwich on brioche with Vietnamese herb slaw. To start, there are Crispy Shrimp Rolls with garlic nước chấm. You can dine in at the café behind HaiSous, take takeout with you through Pilsen, order online before you come, or call us at 773-999-1800 for delivery. Lunch is the heart of the day here, with bánh mì, phở, Workers Meals and wings from open to close.
